Casino hotel policies

Check-in & check-out

Check-in at the casino hotel opens at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and are offered whenever availability allows.

Age & identification

• The lead guest on every casino hotel booking must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid government-issued photo ID and a payment card in the guest's name are needed at check-in.
• The Starlight Floor, Chip School, Stardust Bar and Trove Lounge are for guests aged 21 and over. ID may be checked at any time.

Deposits & cancellations

• The first night's rate is taken as a deposit when you book.
• Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, and no-shows, are charged one night.
• Packages and event rates may have their own terms, shown at booking.

Children & families

Children stay free in their parents' room using existing bedding. Under-18s must be with an adult at all times, may use Comet Pool until 7:00 PM and cannot enter the casino hotel gaming floor.

Pets

Trained service animals are always welcome. We're unable to host other pets.

Smoking

Twinkle Trove is a fully smoke-free casino hotel, including all rooms and the gaming floor. A designated outdoor area is available beside Constellation Court. A $250 cleaning fee applies for smoking in rooms.

Parking

Valet is free for overnight casino hotel guests. Day visitors can use valet or self-parking at posted rates. EV chargers are on garage level one.

Accessibility

Accessible rooms feature roll-in showers, visual alarms and lowered fixtures, and every public area has a step-free route. Let us know your needs when booking.
